Individual lessons face-to-face and online
In one-on-one lessons, you can come to us with a specific problem or challenge, or we can work on the general self-management (movement analysis, mechanical advantage, etc.).
A one-to-one lesson consists of 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Especially at the beginning of your teaching, a weekly interval between the appointments is recommended, but this is not a must. For the first teaching unit, 60 minutes has proven to be useful, since one or more detailed explanations may be helpful.
We also recommend taking at least ten lessons to start with so that you can see progress.
For an online lesson, you need an internet-enabled device and the option of using videos via Zoom, Teams, FaceTime or WhatsApp. Good lighting conditions are an advantage.
